A trained technician will install the backup software and verify that all important data is included in the backup routine. We can integrate with many server applications such as SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, and line of business applications like Quickbooks and Sage Accounting, just to name a few.
We monitor our backup server for failures and anomalies. Both the customer and our team receive alerts if a backup fails, or if the backup is not occurring for consecutive days. We then contact the customer to resolve the issue, and are available for assistance if necessary.
Data security is the most important aspect of our backup solution. D-Best uses industry leading encryption to protect your data both during transmission to the server as well as during storage. We can have the customer set their own encryption key, meaning they are the only one who can decrypt the data, even in a court-mandated scenario like a subpoena.
